<p>- This house was designed for maximum southern exposure, therefore allowing for passive solar heating</p>
<p>- This home’s heating system is an extremely efficient radiant floor heating system</p>
<p>- This home recently won The Family Friendly award in the 2012 Tahoe Quarterly Home awards.</p>
